What is Opt In?
Opt-in is a term used in email marketing to confirm the email. Double Opt In, means subscribers need to confirm their email address by an activation link sent them on a activation email message. Single Opt In, means subscribers do not need to confirm their email address.
Please explain Opt In email flow and how its working?
If you have select Single Opt In in Opt in setting page, user will receive welcome mail after the email submission, means subscribers do not need to confirm their email address.
If you have select Double Opt In in Opt in setting page, user will receive activate mail after the email submission, means subscribers need to confirm their email address by an activation link sent them on a activation email message. after confirmation user will receive welcome mail.

How to update Welcome email and Opt in email message?
In the admin Opt In setting page we have separate textbox to update activation mail subject and content. also we can add HTML (With styling) content in the mail message textbox to make your mail colorful.

In the admin Setup Email page we have separate textbox to update welcome mail subject and content. also in the same page, we have dropdown box to enable, disable welcome email.

How to resend confirmation mail?
In View subscriber page we have option to resend confirmation mail. if you trigger resend mail, the current status of the email address automatically update to Not Confirmed status.

What is status in subscriber page? and how many status we have?
Status is to show current position of the email in newsletter plugin.
Old Email: Emails subscribed before plugin version 15.0 (i.e. before Opt-In option)
Single Opt In: Emails subscribed using single Opt-In option.
Not confirmed: Confirmation mail sent and waiting for confirmation (i.e. still user not click activation link in the double opt-in mail).
Confirmed: Confirmed emails by double Opt-In activation link.
Unsubscribed: Unsubscribed emails.

How to update subscription box alert message?
You have successfully subscribed to the newsletter. You will receive a confirmation email in few minutes. Please follow the link in it to confirm your subscription. If the email takes more than 15 minutes to appear in your mailbox, please check your spam folder.
